ggp1ot2 package and gt summary library package and dplyr and sjpot package this all packages to read and plot data ( in the video )
3- i will browse a video for my professor while using the R studio in the class
you need to download the week2.rar that i browse to get the sample to create a tables in R studio by changing some variable based on the main topic which is fiber intake and asthma so open assignment folder for the R studio then in the R studio
1- go to files
2- choose assignment code
3-go to code
4- you will have 3 files ( 0 data and 1 table and 2 table )
There are three syntax files in the code folder.
Data setup: is for data read and recode
Table1: is for creating Table 1 using two different methods
Tabel2: is for creating Table 2 using two different methods
5- for each table you will have 2 methods you just choose one of the two method to create table and then copy it to the word and interrupt the data in it
for example when you open the table 2 file in the R studio
there will be some variable that you can use such as age gender and hbp that should be changed to asthma as it’s the main topic so you should changed the variable based on the topic i attached which is asthma
* in total you should create two table using the R studio to describe asthma and then interrupt that date in it
* you have to change the variable in the assignment and create a table based on what you need to interrupt
* use only one method for each table
