A great answer describes the characteristics of situations where the strategy work best (i.e., in general, when trying to learn [Anatomy], the strategy will work well, but when trying to learn [insert details], the strategy will not work well.

This is not the time to name a laundry list of learning strategies. You are picked at least one other learning strategy and it needs to have the same underlying mechanism. That is, the explanation given in part 2 (explain) should work for this other learning strategy, too.
