Your informative speech outline should still include all of the key components of the process speech. The primary difference is that this outline and speech will be more research based and your introduction will be more fully developed. For example, in your introduction, you must have at least two or three attention getters, two or three times you establish relevance and establish credibility before you share what your topic is and what the direction of your speech is. In addition, every point you make in the body of your speech must be supported with verifiable evidence based on your research. Review your chapter on how to create proper outlines for more clarification, however, this is the basic format that you must all follow.
