the requirement of this assignment is to create a mathematical model(algebraic expression➕graphical erepresentation）for the population projection of my home town(Shanghai)in 2022, 2027, 2050,2100 for their consideration as they make decisions about allocating resources. Furthermore.write a 600 words for explanation of the mathematical model to show that my projections are reasonable and accurate. （why does the model make sense mathematically）
Step 1: Find population data for my hometown in the past 20 years, and create algebraic and graphical representation of the function that reasonably models the population over the 20 yrs period including2021.
Step2: Make population projection for 2022,2027,2050,2100 based on the mathematical model I created.
Step 3: convince city council that my mathematical projections are reasonable, accurate and backed by evidence
