Please write 2 separate replies of at least 250 words in APA format. Scholarly sources cited must have
been published within the last five years. Acceptable scholarly sources include peer-reviewed
journals, textbooks, or other academic books.
For each reply, students are to provide a well-written and warm response to peers’ posts with
thoughtful analysis, strengths-based feedback, and personal insights. Responses further the
discussion by providing additional information, a challenge, or encouragement for further
growth. In addition, responses relate issues to biblical principles.
Students need to use two scholarly sources in each reply. Acceptable sources for the replies, are scholarly journals, the textbook, other academic books, and the Bible. Response and initial posts reflect proper written communication skills and APA-style references.

*Please see attached format for this paper*
For this project, students will 1) choose a problem they have suffered from and would like to improve (e.g., burnout, low self-esteem, shoulder pain, trouble sleeping; Do not choose a significant problem that needs professional help); 2) choose a behavioral intervention (not pharmacological intervention) that is supported by research. The intervention is something you will carry out yourself during this semester, so choose an intervention that is feasible and easy to implement (e.g., drinking water, stretching, journaling, walking); 3) Before beginning the intervention, gather baseline data. Once the intervention starts, continue collecting data throughout the Intervention Phase. The baseline data will be compared with the intervention phase data to assess any progress made; 5) write a paper including a chart and a graph.
You need to have at least TWO weeks for data collection and intervention:
 FOUR days for a baseline: Prior to intervention, you will collect baseline data daily over 4 days to detect the level of the problem before intervention.
 TEN days for an intervention: On day 5, you begin your intervention and continue until day 14. During the intervention phase (10 days), you also collect data daily to check progress in the problem.

• If you use AI to find and understand an article, cite both in text and include both references in the reference page. This citation rule applies only to this class. For example:
In text:
McCarty and Faulkner’s (2020) article that assessed the effects of journaling on anxiety found that journaling did have a significant beneficial effect on reducing anxiety symptoms (OpenAI, 2024).

For this Assignment:
Problem – Lack of Self Efficacy
The Intervention – Making/Having a Daily Planner
* I have not done the baseline/intervention scale but would be okay with you doing this, if you can please.
The scale should be like this – “No success – 0 tasks completed”; “Slight Success – 1 task completed”; “Little Success = 2 tasks completed”; “Moderate Success = 3 tasks completed”; “Increased Successs = 4 tasks completed”; “Great Success = 5 tasks completed”.
4 Journal Articles to Use
– The art of planning ahead: When do we prepare for the future and when is it effective (Journal of Eperimental Psychology: Human Learning and Memory.
– Succeeding with Adult ADHD: Daily strategies to help you achieve your goals and manage your life (American Psychological Association, 2023)

This is based on the Congress (1994) article that analyzes a student’s family journey to the United States including country, cultural heritage, language, and any transnational linkages including extended family. The student will analyze one’s own biases and the biases of those around him/her, and how they potentially impact work with immigrants and refugees. The student will discuss how the culturagram can be applied in their current practice placement. My Placements is in a youth prison.
I have attached the detailed instruction, the example professor gave, and the Congress Article I will upload later

McGuire Text:
I would like you to consider the chronology of the text, the examples, and the situations
presented by the author. What did you learn? Was any of the information presented by
McGuire taught in your primary education classes (high school)? If not, why not? Tell me
about Rosa Parks, Betty Jean Owens, Claudette Colvin, and the other women who were so
essential to the Civil Rights Movement. Why don’t we learn about them more? What was
your thought processes during the readings? What was most shocking or surprising?
Next, I want you to juxtapose those examples presented in the text against current society.
How have things changed? Have they changed? How have things remained the same? Are
there comparisons between the timeframe of the text and current society? Are there
comparisons to be made with regards to minority populations in the current US? I would also
like you to include a consideration of what shocked you the most while reading this text. This
reflection is due to me by Sunday, October 6, 2024, by 11:59PM.

Submit a 2-page paper that includes the following:
A summary of your findings regarding gender identity or sexual orientation and its impact on life span development. This should include information from the Learning Resources and from the journal article(s) you selected during your research.

This is a reflective paper from a roleplay video assignment. Obviously you will not be able to watch the video, but I have included the assessment tool I used. Keep this generic so that it could apply to any recording. Focus on the questions using the assessment. Keep in mind that you are a student learning these skills. Additional information that could be used is that I work at a substance use treatment facility, but do not usually do the initial suicide assessment when a patient is admitted. However, I do use the Stanley Brown assessment if a patient is showing symptoms of possible suicidal ideations. Below are the questions that need to be answered in the reflection. I have attached the textbook as well as the assessment tool used.
