Please write 2 separate replies of at least 250 words in APA format. Scholarly sources cited must have
been published within the last five years. Acceptable scholarly sources include peer-reviewed
journals, textbooks, or other academic books.
For each reply, students are to provide a well-written and warm response to peers’ posts with
thoughtful analysis, strengths-based feedback, and personal insights. Responses further the
discussion by providing additional information, a challenge, or encouragement for further
growth. In addition, responses relate issues to biblical principles.
Students need to use two scholarly sources in each reply. Acceptable sources for the replies, are scholarly journals, the textbook, other academic books, and the Bible. Response and initial posts reflect proper written communication skills and APA-style references.

*Please see attached format for this paper*
For this project, students will 1) choose a problem they have suffered from and would like to improve (e.g., burnout, low self-esteem, shoulder pain, trouble sleeping; Do not choose a significant problem that needs professional help); 2) choose a behavioral intervention (not pharmacological intervention) that is supported by research. The intervention is something you will carry out yourself during this semester, so choose an intervention that is feasible and easy to implement (e.g., drinking water, stretching, journaling, walking); 3) Before beginning the intervention, gather baseline data. Once the intervention starts, continue collecting data throughout the Intervention Phase. The baseline data will be compared with the intervention phase data to assess any progress made; 5) write a paper including a chart and a graph.
You need to have at least TWO weeks for data collection and intervention:
 FOUR days for a baseline: Prior to intervention, you will collect baseline data daily over 4 days to detect the level of the problem before intervention.
 TEN days for an intervention: On day 5, you begin your intervention and continue until day 14. During the intervention phase (10 days), you also collect data daily to check progress in the problem.
Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 Day 8 Day 9 Day 10 Day 11 Day 12 Day 13 Day 14

PLEASE make sure to follow ALL of the directions. If you are not the best at APA formatting, then this may not be the assignment for you. If you do like to research and add references, this is not the assignment for you. This teacher is very picky when it comes to how the students turn in the assignments. You going to need to peer review references, and this assignment can be written in simple language. No need to use the big fantasy wording. Let me know if I forgot to send a doc to you. Each reference that is used must be assessable to me. It must include the URL so I can go back and read the material of the reference. If I think the reference is irrelevant to the topic, I will ask for it to be replaced with a more relevant one
