final project for this class will consist of conducting an analysis utilizing the technique of autoethnography. As Cutforth (2013) states, “Autoethnography is a qualitative research method in which writers draw on their own experiences to connect the personal to the cultural context (Ellis & Bochner, 2000).” In part one of your paper, I would like you to describe what is meant by the concept of a sociological autoethnography. In part one, I would like you to describe C. Wright Mills’ conceptualization of the “sociological imagination.” In part 2, describe the key aspects of a “sociological autoethnography” and describe a private trouble experienced by persons in your community or neighborhood and how it relates to a larger public issue. This should not be a personal story or narrative but an opportunity for you to analyze how private experiences that you have observed in your community are linked to public issues (e.g., culture, social structure, and/or systems of inequality). Also, throughout your analysis in part two, you will be graded on how well you integrate the sociological concepts and theories from the MindTap readings and demonstrate through scholarly articles the extent of this public issue. In part 3, conclude your paper, describe the implications for future research, and the public policy implications. This paper will be a 5-7 page paper, double-spaced, with 12-point font and 1” margins utilizing an APA writing style for overall format, in-text citations and reference page

The four real estate cycles required to begin the process of forecasting the future market are …. (p. 20-25).
Adam Smith was an influential economist and is known as the father of economics because he founded the concept of economic theory. From his best-selling book, “The Wealth of Nations,” he advocated for private ownership free from governmental influence — the philosophy known as laissez-faire (p. 33). Capitalism and socialism are similar because… and they affect real estate because of their differences …. (p. 40 – 44). Hi everyone, my name is Zang, but I usually just go by Zeb. My real estate career goal is to work at purchasing, renovating and reselling disused or abandoned homes here in the high desert. I currently do not have a major at VVC but have been mainly studying business real estate. I plan to continue with my studies until I have taken all eight necessary courses to become a real estate broker but am not sure specifically when I will graduate. I have access to WIFI and a computer at home for this course. I have the textbook for this course. I also have the canvas app on my phone and promise to check my email and message everyday. I work largely in building, design and maintenance of houses in the high desert and have been trying to branch out to more creative and experimental projects working collaboratively with local architects. I am particularly interested in buildings which are designed to best deal with the harsh climate that we experience in our area – the heat, cold, and wind all play a major factor in my considerations. In my spare time I enjoy furniture restoration, gardening, and finding new trails to explore around the high desert.
