1) Based on your reading of the case, is net metering fair? Why or why not? Make an argument for or against and be prepared to articulate it.
2) Who are the stakeholders on either side of the net metering debate? Are any parties indifferent or ambivalent?
3) Where does the political power lie in a net metering decisions? Prepare a list of at least five sources of power and be prepared to discuss.
