For this assessment, refer to the problems identified in your Wk 2 Summative Assessment: Classical and Operant Conditioning Plan. In that assignment, you considered the behavioral intervention you devised to resolve a workplace problem.  
After your review, identify an emotional, attitudinal, or motivational problem that magnifies the problem or impairs your solution.  
For this summative assignment, choose one of the following: 
Prepare a 6- to 8-slide presentation or a video for Human Resources that explains the significance of emotions and social learning.  
Include the following components in your presentation: 
Brief overview of the emotional, attitudinal, or motivational aspects impacting the problem you have identified or your intervention strategy 
An explanation of the role of emotion on encoding and retrieving memories 
A description of observational learning 
A description of emotional influence as it relates to observational learning and the Bobo Doll experiment

Social learning is a theory based on the idea of learning through observation. However, it is not that simple, as people do not imitate all behavior they observe. Bandura (1986) proposed that some basic processes must be present to succeed (as cited in Gluck, Mercado, & Myers, 2020).
Create a scenario where you can use social learning theory to teach a new skill to either a child or an adult. Using the Learning Resources, Week 9 Assignment, and information from the Case Studies interactive media, generate ideas for a self-care program that addresses each level of practice at the organization. Reflect on anticipated outcomes of this self-care program. 
Submit an 8- to 10-slide PowerPoint presentation in which you build a self-care program within the social worker’s agency that covers all levels of practice. 
Analyze current risk and protective factors at each level specific to the case study.
Propose a strategy for resilience at each level (e.g., policies, supportive programs, culture, advanced training, need for consultant).

Return to your Stress Response Tracker and review the notes that you have logged.
Download the Body Map from the Learning Resources. Select a crayon, marker, or pencil color that represents the feelings and sensations that you noticed most frequently in your Stress Response Tracker. Using the selected color, shade in, draw shapes, or write words on the body map in the location where you typically felt the feeling or sensation.
Revisit your Self-Care Habit Tracker data, noting the self-care strategies you employed and how they connected with your stress responses.
Reflect on what you learned through intentional use of these documents and regular check-ins with yourself.  
Report on the tracking of your stress responses, the completion of your body map, and the use of your self-care habit tracker. What did you notice? How did intentionally cultivating self-care habits change you personally, physically, emotionally, interpersonally, and professionally?
