Chronic Diseases in Rural America
Chronic diseases are the leading causes of death and disability in America, and they affect some populations more than others. People who live in rural areas, for example, are more likely than urban residents to die prematurely from all of the five leading causes of death: heart disease, cancer, unintentional injury, chronic lower respiratory disease, and stroke. These rural health disparities have many causes: (from https://www.cdc.gov/chronicdisease/resources/publications/factsheets/rural-health.htm (Links to an external site.))
Health Behaviors: Rural residents often have limited access to healthy foods and fewer opportunities to be physically active compared to their urban counterparts, which can lead to conditions such as obesity and high blood pressure. Rural residents also have higher rates of smoking, which increases the risk of many chronic diseases.
Health Care Access: Rural counties have fewer health care workers, specialists (such as cancer doctors), critical care units, emergency facilities, and transportation options. Residents are also more likely to be uninsured and to live farther away from health services.
Healthy Food Access: National and local studies suggest that residents of low-income, minority, and rural neighborhoods often have less access to supermarkets and healthy foods.
Demographic Characteristics: Residents of rural areas tend to be older, with lower incomes and less education than their urban counterparts. These factors are linked to poorer health.

Paper 1: Identifying Social Psychology in Everyday Life. For this paper the format is MLA, times new roman, 12. TOTAL OF 1700 words. Total of 10 paragraphs ( one paragraph for each concept) Write a brief introduction explaining what the 10 paragraphs is about but briefly and straight forward and also a very brief conclusion at the end.
For the 10 paragraphs, you are asked to describe/ explain with your own words ( don’t copy from the book!) 10 examples of social psychological concepts that you spot (or would spot) in an everyday situation ( look at attached pdf from textbook, please use only the following 10:
1-SELF SERVING ATTRIBUTIONS
2- PLANNING FALLACY
3- SOCIAL COMPARISON
4- UNREALISTIC OPTIMISM
5- SPOTLIGHT EFFECT
6- ILLUSION OF TRANSPARENCY
7- SELF- HANDICAPPING
8-SOCIAL LOAFING
9- HINDSIGHT BIAS
10-IMPACT BIAS
The easiest way to do this is to choose a location where there are people (e.g., a park, a city street, the beach) and observe the people in that location. You may also use a fictitious situation if you prefer. For each example, make sure to define the concept in your own words!!! followed by a clear description of how the person or people represented or displayed behaviors reflective of the concept. For instance, imagine you saw someone trip and immediately thought that the person must be clumsy, but then you realized that the person tripped over a backpack on the ground. In this example, you would use the fundamental attribution error to explain your judgment of the person( I AM JUST USING THIS AS EXAPLE!) . Then you would describe the process in which you first made a judgment about the person (she is clumsy ETC ), while discounting the situational influence (the backpack). You are to use social psychological to describe (again this is critical to not turn this paper back YOU HAVE to describe in your own words) behavior that occurs in everyday life. Please Bold and number each concept so we can easily see all 10 concepts you used.
( only use attached sources no other sources allowed )Cite the textbook in the body of the paper as: (Myers & Twenge, 2022) no page # is necessary, try to not cite too much!
You are to only use the attached pdf files which belong to the book mentioned above in “ cite”. The pdf with “ essay example” don’t copy anything please, is just so you can have an idea about the format, paragraph length, language used ( keep very simple and straight forward, avoid using “ filler in words”. It has to be very straightforward to avoid request to redo it again.
No citation end page is need for this paper.

Hint: Demand-Pull Inflation involves the Demand Curve shifting to the Right. Supply-Push Inflation involves the Supply-Curve shifting to the Left. If you draw the normal Supply & Demand Curves and then show what happens when these changes happen, you will see that in both cases Prices rise (Inflation!).
