c. have Navy policy incorporated.
d. include clear questions/talking points for audience (be prepared to justify the inclusion of questions/talking points).
e. include citations and references for supporting material – a brief at this level should have references to properly credit source(s).
f. be no longer than a 20 minute presentation.
