Discussion: Science in Action
Were you surprised to hear about how biology and chemistry relate to your own body and health?
Now that you know more about how science plays a role in your health, what are you going to do about it?
Do you think that you can not due to time, availability, money?
Check out this video to see how Stanford has developed an App to help people change their environment to help everyone lead healthier lives:https://youtu.be/NizygCD1X2o
This App is just for specific projects, but there are certain apps you can use to track your health and get healthier today. Check out these Apps:

Are you using any of these?
Would you consider using any of them?
Why or why not?
One last thing to consider is the health of what you are already doing. Hopefully, everyone here is drinking their eight glasses of water each day. If not, you should do that for your Lab 5 project! Each of you should also consider how healthy your water is. Before reading this article, write down the kind of water you drink (tap, filtered, bottled) most often and whether you feel it is the healthiest option. Then Read this article:

Also, choose one specific location in the world where this type of ecosystem is found.
To find the three (3) required reference sources about your chosen ecosystem, one (1) should be a course learning resource, one (1) should be a peer-reviewed scholarly article, and one (1) can be any credible source, including one of the first two reference source types.
In 300-350 words, describe what you find most interesting or surprising about this specific ecosystem, in the chosen location, its species and its ecological importance, and the reason you chose it. Use ecological terms learned in the course in your description.
Include an image or a video of your chosen ecosystem.
Cite all references in APA (7TH ed.) format. Use in-text citations to let the reader know which information came from which source. A minimum of one in-text citation per information source is expected. APA in-text citations require page numbers, or paragraph numbers if page numbers are not provided, e.g., Water is wet (Begin et al., 2014, p. 221).
Include your chosen ecosystem and location in the title of your main response.
