For the second summary paper;

At the 7:11 mark, the video presents information very specific to the Delaware County Local Emergency Planning Commission (LEPC), so you may stop viewing at that point.
Discuss: Should companies or organizations become active in their respective LEPCs? If you are currently employed, should your company or is your company active in the LEPC?
