You will also need to locate at least 2 scholarly articles in addition to the textbook to support your findings (centered around the topic you choose below). Write your findings in a 2-3 page paper (not including title page and reference page). Research and report your findings on the impact that emotions have at work. Use personal experience(s). Research a topic concerning emotional intelligence. Provide a summary of your findings on the topic. Choose one of the following topics: The importance of emotional intelligence when leading. The relationship between emotional intelligence and successful change efforts. How can emotional intelligence predict resistance to change? Research and report your findings on what can influence an individual’s response to resist change. Rely on personal experience. You can also rely on the experience of colleagues.
