Please read the article and supplementary material and provide 250 word reply. Please provide an answers to the following questions below in the form of a discussion. Note if too many answers to the same questions are already posted kindly focus on another question. You can also reply and add to discussion posted by your colleagues.
What is the One Health approach?
Why is it important (overall significance)?
What is the environmental role in One Health? Give a valid example (Animal or vector)?
What are the future challenges in your example, and how can we overcome them?
You can use other references. Please be very selective in your discussion. Do not write something unless it’s important. Use proper in-text citation.
Please use the following format:
Do not exceed 250 words

FAQs:
Do I need to use data sets that are related to environmental science? => It is preferred, but it is not mandatory.
Can I use one data set to create all four graphs? => No. You need four different data sets.
Where do I collect data sets from? => You can collect them from any legitimate website such as United States Geological Survey.
I don’t even know where to begin. => No worries. Start with focusing on one graph at a time. If you are starting with a line graph, think about how line graphs are used and try to create one.

In this lab, we are going to take a closer look at volcanoes. use this link

For questions 1-5.
1. Volcanic Explosively Index (VEI) describe the size of explosive eruptions. Click on “VEI” on the table to read the description. Which volcanic eruption was the largest? What type of volcano is it?
2. Classify the volcanic eruptions based on its type (caldera, shield volcano, and stratovolcano) and calculate the average number of deaths.
Type Ave. number of deaths
Caldera
Shield volcano
Stratovolcano
3. Create a bar or column graph that shows the volcano type and average number of deaths.
4. Mt. Kilauea is a shield volcano, while Mount Saint Helens is a stratovolcano. Is the data consistent with typical eruptive behaviors of these two types volcanoes? Briefly explain.
5. Comment on the average number of deaths from Caldera. Is this number lower or higher than you would expect? Explain your reasoning.
For questions 6.-20. Go back to the data base and set the following two volcanic parameters and click the Search button.
Year min: 1900 max: 2020 Volcano Name Aso
6. How big of an eruption would you expect in the future? Briefly explain.
7. Is the Aso volcano due for an eruption or not? Explain your reasoning.
8. Briefly explain the usefulness of geologic history in hazard preparedness.
9. List causes of fatalities in the past 120 years (look under Agent column).
