Identify a current problem in criminal justice and propose a new policy or program to address it. Provide a thesis and abstract with a summary of the proposed policy or program. How does it fit the definition of a program or policy? What is the specific need for it?
Your thesis statement should consist of a sentence or two that identifies the problem; the abstract is a follow-up paragraph or two that briefly describes your proposed program or policy and the desired outcome. Remember to include why this is a program or policy and the need for planned change.
It is important to be very direct and specific in presenting your planned program. The narrower your focus, the easier time you will have with the ensuing papers, in which you will work on drafting your policy or program. While you will have the opportunity to make adjustments in future weeks, it is important to use the guidance in the assigned Introduction to help you formulate your thesis and abstract. Review the stage requirements you will be required to do each week for planning purposes. The introduction to the Welsh and Harris text provides a good discussion of the seven-stage model of planned change for a new criminal justice program or policy. The checklist for each stage can be found in the appendix of the text.

Under what circumstances, if any, should a democratic state censor media reporting about terrorism? Please explain why and support your responses with detailed practical examples.

I have attached the reading and 4 questions that should be answered in 3 to 4 sentences each. Overview: The goal of crime scene documentation is to create a visual record that will allow the forensics lab and the prosecuting attorney to easily recreate an accurate view of the scene. In this assignment, you will create a mock crime scene and document it with photography and notes.
• Download the Crime Scene Documentation template.
• Create a mock crime scene using items around the house.
The type of crime is your choice.
Place at least three items of evidence in the crime scene.
• Document the crime scene. Keep in mind that crime scene documentation is an important part of building the case and an integral part of the investigation, and without these methods the findings of the investigation could come into question. Think about what is expected to be done when taking notes and photographing the evidence and that the documentation is important.
Take a minimum of 10 photographs of the scene, including: ▪ 7 overall photos of the crime scene ▪
For each piece of evidence, take the following photos:
• 1 medium range • 1 close range without scale

Take notes as to the time/date that the crime scene occurred, any details of the crime that you note from the scene, and information on each item of evidence collected. As you start to investigate the Juvenile Justice field, you will find many topics of interest. This paper will be a topic that interests you in the Criminal Justice field pertaining to Juvenile Justice.

Given the realities of undergraduate classes at FAU, such as class sizes of 50-70 students being the norm, and a significant proportion offered online, how would you suggest we incorporate this technology in classes so that students might benefit from it?
