This assignment is designed to evaluate your ability to document the project team and physical resource requirements. The activities include creating the responsibility assignment matrix (RAM), a Gantt chart, and produce a project network diagram for the project you selected. You will take the role of the project manager.
Here are the requirements:
You will use the project from the Unit 1 Assignment for the Unit 2 Assignment.
Construct a Responsibility Assignment Matrix for the labor, equipment, and material allocated to the project from the Unit 1 Assignment.
Construct a Gantt chart based on the WBS activities from your project.
Construct a project Network Diagram from your project.
Please go to the Internet for templates or documents that can help you meet the requirements.
The templates or documents that you use must meet all criteria specified in the grading rubric.
Components
Title page formatted in current APA style with the following information: Title of the paper, your name, course number and section number, and date.
A table of contents using the following headers: Introduction, Resource Assignment Matrix (RAM), Gantt Chart, Network Diagram, Conclusion, and References.
A minimum of three scholarly journal and textbook source references cited and credited according to current APA formatting style using a minimum of six in-text citations.
The paper should be focused and to the point, containing between 600–800 words specific to the table of content items (excluding references).

Using the links I have provided as well as additional research articles you must find you will write a final capstone paper encompassing the impact of COVID-19 on the aerospace industry. You need to research the major U.S. airlines (Delta, United, American, Southwest, Alaska…), manufacturers, MRO’s. In your research you should attempt to ascertain the health of the companies pre and post COVID. Financial stability, liquidity, flexibility…
You paper should discuss the aerospace industry. You should make suppositions regarding the aforementioned industry health. I want you to go as far as predicting if you believe certain airlines, MRO’s, manufacturers will not survive the downturn. I want you to also explain specifics as to how COVID has impacted the entire industry, not just the airlines. Remember, this is a fact based paper, so it must be supported by facts not your opinion. You should be able to access stock information and economic viability from corporate reports and research articles. Remember, Wiki sites are not considered credible for the purposes of academic writing. That is not to say the information is incorrect, but avoid them for your academic writing unless otherwise directed. 
Your final paper will be a minimum of 5 pages, 12 font, double spaced. No abstract is required. Title and reference page does not count toward the minimum page count. You may use graphics, but they do not count toward the page count. It must be submitted in a Word document and will be submitted through Turn it In for plagiarism. Your paper must be submitted in APA formatting and you must cite and provide a minimum of 5 references. In order to have a thoroughly researched paper, you will likely have many more than 5 sources. It is very important that you properly format and cite your work. If you do not properly cite your work, you will receive a failing grade. You are encouraged to include charts/graphs, but these do not count toward your 5 page minimum length.

You can look up media reports, but ensure the sources you are using are credible experts from the aerospace industry. Did Boeing have any indications of the problems that existed prior to accidents? Please pay special attention to the certifying process. Keep in mind, the FAA certified this aircraft as airworthy. Do you see any problems with how the FAA certifies aircraft? Does the manufacturer have too much influence over the certifying process? Was the grounding premature or not quick enough? You are allowed to use deductive reasoning, but you are not allowed to input your opinion into this assignment. Please ensure you are doing your own work, using your own words, and citing sources. You must use APA formatting for this assignment. If you fail to cite your work it will be considered plagiarism and may result in failing grade. I will be grading content as well as properly written papers. Length required is 2 pages minimum, with no more than 3 maximum. Any over or under will have points deducted. Do not feel the need to fluff your papers. Any charts and graphs are welcome, but do not count toward page minimum. No abstract is required.
