Analysis + Description
Define the
purpose of conducting a job analysis. Then discuss the legal importance of
crafting a well-defined job description. Be sure to mention at least two
employment laws that should be considered when drafting a job description.
Include at least one citation and reference in your initial post and respond to
at least two of your classmates’ posts.
The initial post should be substantive (approximately 200-225
words in length. In your substantive post you are encouraged to use references
(you may use your textbook)—-I paid for like 350 in case more was needed.
Show evidence of critical thinking as it applies
to the concepts or prompt and/or use examples of the application of the
concepts to work and life. Proper punctuation, grammar and correct spelling are
expected. Please use the spell-check function.
I will attach a document with the week’s learning resources & chapter content for reference. The textbook can be a source and I provided its citation in the document, but I will need one additional scholarly/legitimate source used. SHRM is good or a legitimate publisher/newspaper/magazine no more than 5 years old.

I Think the majority of this will be in Ch 4 but maybe some in chapter 3. Please use the book as 1 source and another.
