Analyze all the information ive uploaded and put yourself in the shoes of the union. Think about what the union members will likely want from this round of collective bargaining and think about what management will likely want.
Next, try and imagine what may go on at the bargaining table. Write out the contract language that you think the sides should (and likely would) agree to during bargaining. Follow the final page of the “Instructions” document for how to edit contract language.
Finally, write a 3-page (double-spaced) essay on why you think your agreement is the best possible outcome. Make sure you discuss why management (and the owner) would be willing to accept it and why the union (and the members) would be willing to accept it. How does it serve their interests independently and together?
