This is the Writing Assessment prompt that all English 4010 students are given. Just like the Speech, it’s designed to see how well you’ve learned to communicate in writing. This will be part of the Final Exam, but I highly recommend that you write it ahead of time in order to not have to write a full essay while you’re taking the exam. It will be graded using the attached rubric.
