This paper is a literature review/research paper. It is for a class based on the politics of terror, which has multiple approaches that terrorist groups use. This paper needs to include four of those approaches and citations based on those approaches. The four approaches that need to be focused on are strategic approach, structural approach, ideological approach, and organizational approach. Also, this paper needs to include a case study on a terrorist group: Lashkar-e-Taiba. I’ve attached sources for 3 of those approaches and you’ll need to find at least 3 sources for the structural approach. Sources 1-3 are strategic approach, Sources 4-7 are organizational approach, and Sources 8-10 are ideological approach. Furthermore, there need to be additional sources added from scholarly articles, books, and academic journals that correspond with the research question and other terrorist organizations. The research question for this paper is “How do a terrorist group’s organizational dynamics influence its ability to recruit?” Furthermore, this paper needs to be formatted and cited in American Political Science Association (APSA) style. Some tips for the paper: Argue in the present and past tense. Use subheadings of approaches/historical overview/analysis. Organize the paragraphs based on the theories, not the authors.
