Buc-ee’s is a chain of country stores and gas staions .
I have to write 20 pages of Consultant Report to Owners/Managers on
appropriate strategies to leverage their success thus far.
I have to take in consideration the five forces model(porters Model)
chapter 2. general environment chapter 1
Basically we need to take in consideration chapter 1-7
in addition, buc-ees uses differentiation strategy. chapter 5 takes about
cost leadership, differentiation and focus.
we need to take in consideration other compititors in the areas like
walmart(cost leadership). Food City, Kroger, Ingles.
So thoughts on leverage their success and since they have gas stations
maybe install chargers for electric cars and charge less. Also they might need to expand to western states.
I also uploaded an audio from the instructor 48.00 minutes on how to
approach the assignment.
