Panic attacks

You are invited to learn more about diversity as it relates to abnormal psychology. This project is split into two separate assignments: Diversity Research Article Analysis and Diversity Research Paper. This is the second part of the project.

Create a 2-3 page research summary about the research article you summarized for the first part of this project (double-spaced, 12 pt font, times new roman). The following outline may help you to organize the components of your paper.

Introduction–1st paragraph

State why the topic is important to the field of abnormal psychology

Briefly describe the theory or rationale for the study

Briefly summarize the main hypotheses or research question(s)

Method–2nd paragraph

Describe the participants, measures, procedures, and type of study (e.g., correlational, experimental, case study)

 Results/discussion–3rd paragraph                            

What did the authors conclude about the hypothesis/research questions?

What are the implications of the research you summarized? In other words, how can the information from this study help people who are members of this diverse group?

Critical Analysis–4th paragraph

Provide your analysis of the study. What were the strengths of the study? What should be done differently? What questions remain?
