Third, the things required in this report will include: 1- Brief Introduction (in one page only )about the company/ hospital that the financial analysis will be implemented for( about their activities/services they are providing, their stockholders if any, is it for profit or not, etc.) (you can use the history presented in the website(Saudi Exchange) also you can use google as well the most important is to avoid plagiarism. 2-mentioning the purpose of this assignment is to analyze the financial statements for that company for the year of 2020 & comparing it with the year of 2019 and 2018 to check the trend (as in Ch.17) then see each group of them and analyzing each ratio and how they perform, then analyze the overall for all groups (all shown in attached slides of ch.17). Then before the ration analysis starts in one page you can put the given data as stated in the Saudi exchange website about the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow (an example will be provided in the attachment). At the end will conclude what was the important results, what did they reach to, what recommendations I can say for this company for what ever points and why/ or give reason. Note: attached are the ch.17 slides to guide you cuz all requirements or the tables required for analysis are indicated there (the Profitability, liquidity, dept management, and asset management ratios). Those the 4 important ration analysis. Plus to operating indicator analysis (in slide 24) The chosen company will be provided in the attachment. As a summary everything in the slides of Ch 17 from slide 12 until the end is to be implemented exactly as in the slides and the analysis or interpretations to be simple and brief.
