I will provide the document with all the instructions for part2 and part3 of the assignment. I already finished the part1 which will be attached below. The only issue that I’m having with part1 is that for the decode, it’s giving me null at the end of Hello World so. Also testclient will be provided as well so use that as a reference and no too much of a high level coding please. Just follow what the testclient did and follow that for the server code for part2 and part3.
