This requires you to create and deliver Media Presentation focused on the influence of contingent factors on the Management Control System (MCS) designed as part of the NAB.

The features of the assessment task that will be assessed are as follows:
1. Quality of the content demonstrated through the application of knowledge and skills to the questions on contingent factors and how they practically influence MCS Design and use.
2. The quality of the Poster to further show how the requirements of the questions were addressed.

The media presentation: The media presentation consists of questions relating to the influence of contingent factors on the MCS designed for an organization in your research projects.
• Poster using Adobe Photoshop.
Requirements for the Media Presentation
1. must undertake further independent research, analysis, and discussion to complete the media presentation.
2. The media presentation must cover all the required questions.
3. must prepare and present one of the questions provided in the “Media Presentation Content”
a. The allocation of the specific question to be addressed by individual team members
b. must create a Poster using Adobe Photoshop that address the requirements of your assigned question.
c. You are encouraged to be create and use your Poster to convey information in addition to the verbal communication forming part of the media presentation.
d. The poster should address the question.
e. Please be creative in using text and pictures and coming up with something attractive that communicates the ideas.
f. single size 1 page (size is not stipulated), so it does not look too busy and crowded.
g. The Poster should include references you have used for the question.
Media Presentation Content
must also use the knowledge and understanding on NAB, developed in completing NAB case. must also make specific reference to the influence of the contingent factors on the MCS designed for your organization. avoid Media Presentations that represent purely theoretical discussions on how the contingent factors influences MCS. must prepare and present one of the questions below:
1. Briefly describe the significance of Technology as a contingent factor for your organization. Show how Technology as a contingent factor is likely to influence your organisation’s newly designed MCS, with specific reference to Task Uncertainty, Complexity, and Interdependence. Additionally, explain the likely influence of relevant radical and/or incremental innovations on your organisation’s newly designed MCS. Your answer must incorporate:
a. Evidence from the NAB case.
b. Identifying which types of controls in your MCS are likely to be influenced.
c. Explaining how Technology will influence the way the types of controls will be used and the tightness or looseness thereof; and
d. Showing the extent to which Technology may influence real (i.e., not theoretical) direct and indirect costs associated with the affected controls.
