Backed by a solid understanding of the current state of knowledge and research, each team must define a problem, important question, or hole in their area of focus. The team will work together to come up with novel approaches to solve the problem. Team members will divide the work and will each contribute to the project. Each group will give a 20-minute presentation, and each individual will submit a 1000-word paper showing their contribution to the group’s work. The group may select one member to make the presentation — the group’s work will be graded based on the quality and fluidity of the presentation, staying within the time limit —­ your grade will not be affected by whether you speak or not.
My job in this team is to figure out what is latency. So this paper will be focus on 1. What is latency. 2. What is latency specifically in distributed performance(music, live show, etc). 3. What are some solutions.
