Analyze the Enterprise Case Analysis

In this course, we will use cases to illustrate good or bad practices in marketing 

through real world examples. We will analyze these examples to go deep and 

understand not just the symptoms but also the underlying causes for the given 

success or failure. We will also track the issue discussed in the case to see its 

development over time. In order to achieve this we will focus on 2 cases (3 if you 

count the practice optional case) over the semester and analyze them following the 

outline below.

Access the case online – go to the library home page- look for a tab called Course 

Reserve- click on it- enter my last name in the Search box and follow the instructions. 

Read the case, and then create five sections:

Introduction. In the introduction section, summarize the case very briefly (no 

more than half a page) and identify the textbook concepts discussed in the case. 

Further, identify the specific issues that the company is facing (you may use bullet 

points). This section should not exceed 1 page.

Analysis and coverage of the theory from the textbook. In the second section, 

answer the questions after the case and use external sources to support your 

reasoning, mainly use the information from the textbook but also try to find other 

reliable sources. Your opinion is not enough; you need to back it up. Make sure 

that you use APA format for in-text citations. You may use this source for

Updates. In the fourth section, provide relevant updates about the company and 

the case. Again, use reliable sources and cite them in-text and at the end of the 

paper.

Recommendations- based on sections 1, 2, and 3, what recommendations would 

you suggest to the company, so that they can resolve the issues/challenges. Use 

chapter concepts to solve the identified problems. You may use bullet points. If 

one of the case questions in part 2 already asked you for recommendations, you 

do not have to repeat them here, but you can expand them based on the updates 

and new information you discovered in part 3.

Cite your sources. Create a reference section using APA format. You may use this

Write a 4 to 5-page paper (no less than 4 pages) in Word format using Times New 

Roman, 12pt, double-spaced format with 1-inch margins. Use headings for each section 

and write down each question before answering it.
