Write a 1250-word essay addressing each of the following points/questions. Developing teams is essential for providing healthcare that is patient-centered, safe, timely, effective, efficient, and equitable. Teams are essential for collaboration to solve problems from a variety of perspectives. In this assignment, review the literature and select a team-based framework that can be utilized to enhance a patient safety concern.
Describe the patient safety concern and who would be needed on an interdisciplinary team to improve the issue.
Consider the qualities of a successful team and how this will facilitate process improvement.
