Recall a time when you were involved with a conflict in the workplace or witnessed a conflict at work. This situation should be one that involves a relationship of some kind (i.e. manager-employee, employee-employee, etc.) where a conflict occurred. Think about how this experience could have been improved if you had a mentor or coach to help you through the situation.

Instructions
Reflect on a conflict experience and how guidance from a mentor or coach could have improved the outcome of that experience. Based on this reflection, create a document that discusses relational dynamics and applies conflict management and relationship-building strategies.

Include the following in your document on relationship management:
• Discuss the goal of conflict management and relationship management strategies in the workplace.
• What was the conflict and relationship?
• Did you see things the way they really were, or were your eyes open to something else? Was there any bias? Explain.
• How would you have done things differently? Why?
• How did that experience affect other relationships?
NOTE: Be sure to use research from credible scholarly sources to support your answers.
Submission Requirements
• Deliverable should be a minimum of 4 to 5 pages on content and must contain support from the relevant research conducted using credible scholarly sources to support each criterion. This does not include your title page and/or reference page.
