this is an assignment for course integrated circuit design for post graduate and i need someone who can do it and only someone who knows Electric VLSI and can make it in that software only. if you do not know electric VLSI please skip this. i am willing to pay 100 Australian dollars. if i really like the work i will add 50 more so in total for a good complete project 150AUD.
