Requirements
You are a new data analytics manager and have been hired to analyze the business operations (of your selected business) for the operations manager to make improvements for business operations profitability. You are to select your business of choice and conduct data analytics.
Data Analytics
1. Describe the business you are analyzing and select three data analytics you will use. (Example: probability, regression, forecasting, PERT, CPM, Decision Tree, etc.).
2. Explain how each analytical tool selected will measure your data for results.
3. Note the time of day, days of week, weather, and holidays might affect your data analysis.
4. Display the data for three selected analytical tools.
5. Explain the results in detail. What does the data tell you?
6. Are improvements required? Explain.
7. Given the data in #3, explain and outline the decision-making process for a recommended solution.
8. Is there any correlation in your analysis given the variables you have looked at? Explain the results.

10. Make a final recommendation to your supervisor on the way ahead for business operation improvements. Your assignment will have two parts:
Part 1: In a PowerPoint presentation, present the breakdown of business operations analysis based on the ten requirements above. The presentation should include a title slide, outline, and slides that answer questions 1-10 above.
Part 2: Write a four-page paper; the title page and references page do not count towards the length requirement. In addition to the ten points listed above, your paper should include an introduction and conclusion. This should go in detail when going through the 10 questions explaining the answers you used in the PowerPoint. You must use two academic sources for support. Adhere to APA Style when constructing the paper including in-text citations and references. No abstract is needed.
