Write a self-reflective article (3 – 5 pages) in which you explain what the functions of a clinical social worker are and what areas of work they can practice in. Choose which of these areas you would be interested in working in once you finish your studies in this master’s degree in Social Work and explain why you chose that field. Finally, explain the importance of the Social Work profession having standards that we must meet and investigate what could be some of the ethical aspects that you would face as a clinical social worker in the area of work in which you would like to work. Don’t forget to mention what the consequences may be for the social worker if they enter into an ethical conflict in their professional practice.
