Specific instructions are included in the General guidelines file.
There are two files with the foundation name in them. You can copy and use parts of these two papers.
The scholar project overview file describes the project that I am implementing in the emergency department. The chapters should be based on it.
There is an example paper that can be used as a reference for how it should look at the end. For now, you are writing only Chapters 1, 2, and 3. Chapters 4 and 5 will be written after I implement education at discharge and collect data after follow-up.
