Present to your peers, a slideshow on benchmarking. What is it/here is an overview of benchmarking in general (not specific to suppliers/distributors). Provide an example of how it can be used by suppliers OR distributors. 10-minute presentation maybe. 3-4 slides. The purpose is to educate your peers. DO NOT include a cover sheet as a slide. I want just the information at hand. Be sure to include any references on a reference slide. References can be obtained through forbes.com, NYTimes.com and/or washingtonpost.com. Any news articles should be from within the last 5 years only. PowerPoint Instructions:
• Should be created based on presenting to executive • The slides must speak for themselves.
• Not overly wordy (that should be left for WORD) but enough to represent the intent
• Professional looking vs. cheesy
• The visuals should relate to the topic or slide vs. a random filler visual.
• Avoid distracting color schemes
• Flow is important; it should make sense sequentially between the slides
