Part III: Long essay (40 points). Answer 1 of 1. Your answer should be as long as necessary to answer the question, but thoughtfulness, organization and originality are more important than length. 1. Describe and analyze the major spatial strategies applied to minority political representation in Canada and the United States from the mid-1960s to today. Please think carefully about the full range of spatial strategies that we have discussed throughout the semester.
Please note that this question is NOT asking you to simply summarize the history of the franchise in each country.
