Step 1: Declare intent to manager
Step 2: Manager to inform Director and PPL
Step 3: Manager, PPL, and Director meet to discuss support or opportunities (Outcomes are either: move forward or reapply in 6 months)
Step 4: Manager/Director to sign declaration of intent form. If not approved define goals and expectations on how to meet RNIII requirements. Step 5: Manager informs staff member of decision
Step 6: Move forward with promotion plan: Staff member to complete packet. If not moving forward with promotion: Staff member to work on opportunities & reapply in 6 months.
Step 7: Staff member to schedule meeting with manager, PPL, and Director to present packet a minimum of 5 business days prior to deadline.
Step 8: Team will meet and make final decision within 2 business days of packet receipt.
Step 9: If accepted Director will submit the completed packet to the promotion committee. If not accepted, employee will have an opportunity to make edits and resubmit within 1 business day.
