in the excel file named “Data 2” Please fill in the User/Custodian column with name of the end user from the “IT InventoryNew file”.
Match the pc, laptop, printers , phone with the user. this should be only for Computers & IT Accessories, Communication, and Monitoring. And if there is no record just type invoice needed.
I have also attached a file with model numbers.
Also please update the counter so it counts correctly in the “IT InventoryNew file”.
pretty much you are assinging a user to the items in Data2 file based on the record in the “IT InventoryNewfile”
