The idea centers around providing a laundry service that guarantees the completion of daily clothes washing within a reasonable timeframe, typically 2-3 hours, with the added convenience of home delivery. Group Formation:Form groups of 3-4 students each.
Select a Business Idea:Each group must select a unique business idea or concept.
Ensure that the chosen idea aligns with your group’s interests, skills, and passions.
Research and Analysis:Conduct thorough research and analysis of your chosen industry and market. Identify trends, competitors, potential customers, and market gaps.
Utilize tools such as SWOT analysis and Porter’s Five Forces to assess the external environment.
Customer Segmentation:Define and segment your target audience. Understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
Create detailed buyer personas to guide your marketing and sales strategies.
Value Proposition:Clearly articulate your unique value proposition. Explain why your product or service is valuable to customers and how it addresses their pain points.
Submission Guidelines:Submit a written business plan document along with your presentation slides. Your business plan should be 10 pages in total, incorporating a title page, table of contents, and references page. Notably, these sections will not be considered part of the 10-page requirement. The document should be formatted with single spacing and an 11-point font size. Please be aware that the page count for the title page, table of contents, and references will not contribute to the 10-page total.
Each group must also present their business plan in a 10–15-minute presentation to the class.
