An example of a possible term paper topic:
Research how regional airlines are working towards fulfilling the pilot shortage. Discuss the pilot shortage numbers through the airline and aircraft manufacturers’ data. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the regional air carriers’ approach to recruiting and maintaining the workforce and compare other airlines’ responses.
