All the instructions are in the descriiption down below and are in the assignmen

All the instructions are in the descriiption down below and are in the assignment brief. Can you please follow them.
Specifically, you need to:
• cite key factors and/or life events that have contributed to the development of your value base
• explore how previous personal and professional experiences have influenced your development
• describe key learning experiences in life, outlining how these connect with your desire to work with people and your ability to do so
• describe the personal qualities and skills (including transferable skills) that you bring with you to the course and to the social work profession. As you reflect on this dimension keep in mind the Professional Capabilities Framework highlight in ‘Developing skills for practice’ section of this module handbook. Where applicable link personal qualities and skills to the PCF
• identify, personal, academic and professional developmental needs and elaborate on potential strategies that you might apply to help you address them over the course of the programme.
Essentially you will be answering the following:
Where have I been?
Where am I now?
What do I need to do or learn next? What will I need to help develop?
The position paper will help you to start compiling a personal development plan, something that you should refer to throughout your time as a student and well beyond. Although this is primarily a reflective assignment and will rely heavily on your personal story and experiences, it is an academic piece of work and as such needs to adhere to several basic conventions:
• Adhere to General Submission guidelines for assessments highlighted in this module handbook
• It should be structured with an introduction, body, and conclusion
• It should be proofread for grammar and spelling mistakes
• You should include at least 2 academic references (e.g., relevant theory or literature)
and the PCF (3 references in total).
• You need to ensure that you are using classic social work textbooks and peer
reviewed articles (make sure you understand what this is, refer to library and writing support sessions). Remember you are enrolled on a social work course, training to become a social worker so you want to ensure from the very beginning you are accessing the correct information.
• Do not use unattributed internet sources such as Wikipedia, Simple Psychology to mention a few (there are many more and the list would take up pages of text) or make use of Artificial Intelligence resources as there is no way of verifying that kind of information and it may well be incorrect. The use of these kind of resources can significantly reduce the mark you are awarded or even result in failing the assessment. Nor should you use PowerPoints presented by lecturers as direct quotes. If you wish to include content presented in the lectures, refer to the original source found in the reference list.
• All citations and referencing should be done according to the Harvard relevant guidelines.
Please refer to the skills that are going to be mentioned in the attachement “My work experience in the UK”
