I am currently working on the financial analysis segment of my final project, which focuses on a handmade food delivery business. The project requires the preparation of various financial statements and analyses in accordance with Tunisian law. I have attached an Excel sheet containing preliminary data on costs and revenues.
I kindly request your assistance with the following components:
1- Completion of Financial Statements:
* Profit and Loss Statement: This is nearly complete and included in the attached Excel sheet. A review and finalization are required.
* Balance Sheet: Needs to be prepared.
* Cash Flow Statement: Needs to be prepared.
2- Calculation and Analysis of the Break-Even Point: An essential aspect of the project, requiring detailed analysis.
3-Inclusion of Specific Assumptions:
* Bank Loan: Starting in January 2024, a bank loan of 100,000 TND will be taken out, to be repaid over 7 years with an interest rate of 6%. Please include a calculation table for the annuities.
* Tunisia Tax Rate: 15%.
* Accounts Receivable:
Sales on Credit: 0%.
Days to Get Paid: 0 days.
* Accounts Payable:
Purchases on Credit: 80%.
Days to Pay: 15 days.
* Inventory: There will be no inventory held.
* Dividends: If applicable, these will be considered from 2025 onwards.
* Assets: Laptops are included in the Excel sheet. Please prepare the amortization schedule for them.
