I need to present a burglary case (can be a made up case) but the context of it

I need to present a burglary case (can be a made up case) but the context of it should be of Hong Kong.
Bried fact of the case and the arrest of suspect resulted from forensic evidence examination.
I need to present it for 5-7 mins. So i will need a script as well.
