This is a Literature Review based on Ash Britt a national turn-key disaster recovery company many cities turn to after major disasters such as hurricanes or tornadoes. I am looking for a powerful impactful review that will focus on issues of storm response, tree risks, and models of contracts Ash Britt has with cities in the U.S. I am fine with a concentration of the mid-west of the U.S. I think there should be some models out there that can be included. I have included the requirements of the paper in the files. This is ASSIGNMENT #2 for Graduate students. Very key to this assignment is that I have to have at least 10 citations from peer referred journals.
