You will distribute questionnaires to the five participants selected for the qualitative research study using the questionnaires protocol with 10 questions developed in the Module 5 assignment.
Step 1. Introduce
Introduce the questionnaire by providing the purpose and benefits of the research and by assuring each participant they will be treated ethically and their confidentiality protected.
Step 2. Conduct
Provide the participants with the questionnaire.
Step 3. Collect
Collect questionnaires from participants and save the files. You will analyze the data in Module 8.
Step 4. Submit (in Module 7)
No submission is due in this assignment. You will submit the questionnaires in the Module 7 assignment.
