For this assignment, you will begin completing a URAR form 1004 appraisal form with the subject property you researched in the Activity “Property Specifics (Term Paper Part 2)”. The. information for part 2 is. attached. You will save the completed form to your computer and then upload here as a .PDF file.
Instructions:
Download the URAR 1004 appraisal report form, or access a fillable form online. Complete page 1 and part of page 2, as shown in the steps below. You will need to download a PDF app to your computer (make sure it is Adobe or another app that will allow you to type on the form). You will need a COMPUTER to complete this form. We will be working on this form for 5 assignments, so you will need regular access to a computer. It will not work on your phone, ipad, or mobile device. Make sure you SAVE the completed form to your computer or cloud storage. Scroll down and refer to the model / sample forms. Open your textbook to chapter 9, specifically pages 278-282. NOTE: I realize you may not have read this chapter yet as part of your Reflection Summary, so you will need to spend some time studying this chapter and getting familiar with the concepts. Using the subject property data you researched in Part 2, complete pages 1 and 2 of the URAR form 1004 Appraisal report. Scroll down and refer to the sample and guide below.The. information is attached for part 2
A. On PAGE 1, complete the entire page (every field). That includes the following sections: Subject, Contract, Neighborhood, Site, and Improvements. Since this is just a practice report, the data does not need to be completely accurate. Therefore, you can do your best research and make educated assumptions to complete the fields for which you could not find data. Remember, the purpose of this activity is to learn how to comprehend a 1004 appraisal form by completing it.
