Your assignment first requires you to explore Google Arts and Culture, Smarthistory, the Heilbrun Timeline of Art History, and/or any other relevant website or books. Your task is to explore and find one additional artwork that fits with this week’s theme of imagination, specifically artists of the Surrealist movement between World War I and II. Surrealist artists that you might look into include, but are not limited to, Salvador Dalì, Max Ernst, Joan Miro, Yves Tanguy, Meret Oppenheim.
