POWER POINT PRESENTATION WITH AUDIO
This project will require you to research a real life crime victim or victims. YOU MAY NOT USE CHANEL MILLER. You must apply theories and/or concepts from each of the following Course MaterialsRequired Text or E-Book: Crime Victims: Introduction to Victimology; 10TH edition by AndrewKarmen, ISBN: 9780357294406; Cengage. chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7 to your victim and his/her case.Include any other relevant chapter also.
It is not okay to simply mention the theories/concepts. You must identify them (define them) AND apply them to your victim(s) case. Please note primary/direct and secondary/indirect victims will not be counted as one of the required theories/concepts.
Additionally, did your victim receive the justice they were seeking? Why or why not? Identify what they were seeking and what they received.
Your sources/references must be credible. Academic journals should be used where possible. Other accepted sources include autobiographical books/novels, documentaries (Hollywood-type adaptations are unacceptable), investigative reporting, and online newspapers. WIKI related sources may not be used.
It is okay to provide a synopsis of your victim(s) situation, but remember, the purpose of this assignment is for you to demonstrate what you learned from each of the chapters and how they apply to your victim(s).

INSTRUCTIONS/EXPECTATIONS
Students are expected to provide audio for each slide (except for the title & reference slides)
The entire presentation should be no less than 10 minutes and no more than 15 minutes.
Up to a 20 point deduction for failing to meet the minimum 10 minute requirement.

Must provide a title slide (not counted toward slide min/max requirement/no audio required)

Must provide a reference slide (not counted toward slide minimum/maximum requirement – no audio required)

Slide expectations

7 slide minimum/12 slide maximum
Each slide should be titled according to the topics covered on the slide. Include the relevant chapter in the title of the slide.
Each slide should provide bullet points only (Minimum 3 bullet points/Maximum 7 bullet points)
PLEASE NOTE: Do not provide brief summaries/paragraphs on the slides
