and i got a 284 attempts
and my supervisor wants me to develop a sheet for the analysis which is about Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaires

i will share the excel sheet of the survey with all attempts that i got and all detail
In section 2 of the survey there is q3 which divided on 3 parts (a,b,c) each part have chosen answers of body ( neck , shoulder left right … etc ) so the dr share with me two links for cornell musculoskeletal discomfort questionnaires (cmdq)
So in this web there is a sheet that measure (frequency which is part a from my survey) (severity which is part b of my survey) ( productivity which is part c of my survey) and at last it will collect the total msd impact score for each attempt
So he want to check all attempts of my survey and collect for each attempt the ( ferquency and severty and productivity) then the total msd impact
moreover in section 3 of the survy q2 he also want to apply the same of the severity part of the worksheet additianly
