2.Overview This project proposal provides an opportunity for you to choose a professional code of ethics and to engage with ethical concepts. This proposal also builds toward Part One and Part Two of the project, in which you will expand on these responses and draw conclusions about the professional code of ethics you have chosen. Before working on this project proposal, consult the Project Guidelines and Rubric to choose a scenario from the two options provided. The scenario you choose will provide the background for your work on the project. Directions For your project proposal, you must address the following criteria: 1.Identify a professional code of ethics from a profession or organization that has meaning to you. This is the code of ethics you will use in your project. An internet search with keywords including the profession or organization and code of ethics is a good place to start. Explain how this professional code of ethics informs decision making within the context of your scenario. What is the purpose of this professional code of ethics? How does it support decisions? 4.Identify the origin of this professional code of ethics. Consider the history of your chosen professional organization. 5.Explain which ethical principles are most important to this professional code of ethics, and why. Refer to the list of ethical principles in the Module Two Guide. 6. Identify which ethical frameworks include these ethical principles. Consult the list of five ethical frameworks described in the Module One Guide.
